Covid - 19 Information For Our Guests

We have some guidelines and procedures that you should know about!



Thank you for your support and patience through these challenging times. Your visits to the salon/spa and retail purchases have been a lifeline for us to keep moving forward. Thank you from ALL of us.


How are you feeling?  - Please reschedule your appointment If you are not feeling well on the day of your appointment, if you have recently been exposed to Covid, or if you are waiting for the results of a Covid test. We all know the rules and we trust that you will not expose our staff or guests by visiting the salon when you are not feeling well.


If you have been diagnosed with Covid 19 - please do not schedule an appointment until 5 days after your diagnosis and after all symptoms have subsided.

Masks  - Per Illinois and CDC guidelines, masks will be optional in the salon effective February 28, 2022. As we ease into living with Covid, we realize that some guests and service providers may choose to continue wearing a mask. Until further notice, if you would like your service provider and shampoo assistant to wear a mask during your visit, please let our front desk staff know when you enter the salon. If you are more comfortable visiting the salon during less-busy times, please make this request when you are scheduling your appointment. 


Makeup Tester Guidelines - Our makeup tester unit will require assistance from one of our makeup artists to maintain the sanitation of our testers.


Here's What We Are Doing To Provide A Safe Environment For Our Team And Guests

We are following CDC, OSHA, and Illinois Department of Health guidance...and we are going beyond!


Halo Air Purification System - In 2020, we installed 2 Halo, LED air purifiers into our HVAC system. These purifiers pro-actively and continuously treat our air AND surfaces by sending ionized oxidizers into our rooms, destroying pollutants in the air including viruses, bacteria, and mold. We are happy to report that the Halo Air Purifiers have been tested with the Covid virus and were shown to be 99.9% effective in killing the Covid virus.


We are also excited about this system's ability to reduce odors, VOCs, allergens, dust, and particulates.


Our Staff's Commitment to Sanitation - Our entire staff has completed Barbicide Covid-19 sanitation certification. Our Estheticians have completed Dermalogica's Clean Touch Sanitation certification. We continuously wipe down high touch surfaces in the salon with disinfecting solutions.


Client drapes and capes - We use clean capes and single use neck wraps with each client.
