Email Communications

Some services may require additional time for completion and our desk staff is trained to ask questions to make sure your service is booked properly. Therefore, we do not book appointments via email.

If you have a question about pricing for a color/chemical service, special occasion hair, or wedding party, we will need to speak with you personally or schedule a complimentary consultation with a stylist.  Pricing for these services will vary depending on the details of the service, hair length, thickness, etc. 

If you are canceling an appointment, please call the salon and speak with our desk staff or leave a message on our answering machine.
